๐Ÿฅ˜ Nutrition Advice

Energy needs are high but digestive comfort is low. Eat small, frequent meals rather than large ones. Akara (bean cakes) make a satisfying protein-rich snack. Pair with pap (ogi) for a light meal that won't overload your digestive system. Keep healthy snacks like fruits, nuts, and crackers within easy reach.

๐Ÿฅ What to Ask Your Doctor

Discuss your birth plan in more detail with your doctor. Ask about the hospital's policies on birthing companions, use of IV fluids, movement during labour, and when to come to the hospital.
